Our woodworking shop is a hands-on workspace where we bring custom ideas into solid form. Our process is collaborative and comprehensive, guiding every project—whether it is a custom staircase, mantel, bookcase, or entryway—from the initial design concept all the way through to final delivery. We work using a unique combination of heavy, historic woodworking machines and a 49-year archive of architectural details we have produced or salvaged throughout our history.

We build exclusively with honest materials, specializing in local and reclaimed wood species. This includes reclaimed Douglas fir from Pacific Northwest Timbers, as well as timber from Edensaw Woods, the Chimacum Community Forest, and the Jefferson Timber Cooperative. For property owners who have saved logs from their own land, we also saw, kiln dry, and machine your own timber so that your custom furniture and fixtures can be crafted from the very trees grown on your site
